To Whom It May Concern:
When a representative approached me from your company, I thought it was just going to be another appointment where I would listen to their proposal and then kindly thank them for stopping by. To my surprise, that was the opposite. We signed them on immediately.
Once the George S. May Company surveyed my organization, a team of Staff Executives immediately recommended a clarification between the authority between my position and the Board of Directors. This was completed by creating job descriptions and an organizational chart that fit our needs. A document was created called the “Vitals Signs Report which gave the physicians quick and accurate information which notified them on vital information of the operations weekly. This one report replaced numerous pages of reports that they had been receiving daily for several years.
A cash flow report was established to help forecast our future payments on accounts payable as well as reoccurring expenses in our business and our payroll. Throughout the project my Senior Management and I have been continually coached on degrees of management authority as well as delegation.
Management training was initiated through the MSP Training. This was continued through the creation of job descriptions, policies and procedures, and standards of performance for positions throughout the organization. All of these things have helped the management build better attitudes, enhance our skills and become a solid management team.
We are very satisfied with the services and the work that has been implemented.
