GOLF COURSE

October 7, 2005

I was very skeptical about the program when we started, but after a short time I changed my view. I have been running for twelve years, shooting from the hip. I tried using common sense when making decisions but I found out real quick that is not good enough to run a business. The golf course is really three businesses in one and knowing the break-even point, the cost of doing sales and all the fixed and variable expenses sure opens your eyes. We are lucky to still be in business.

The crew from George S. May International Company are very professional and thorough and don’t beat around the bush.   (edited)   have excelled in educating my son as to the proper way to make  (edited) profitable.

I can’t wait for a year to go by to see how everything we learned equates into
dollars. I am very satisfied with everything we have learned.
Sincerely,

President
