The George S. May International Company was invited to assist us in turning this business into a profitable enterprise. We needed assistance with movement of dead stock inventory and with controlling our purchasing and controlling our inventory. They also provided help with understanding our overhead costs and pricing.

The systems that were developed were beneficial to our management team and has helped to put us on the path to controlled growth and profitability.

Over $150,000 in savings and benefits have been identified as well as the means to put some of this on our bottom line. The strategic plan coincides with my vision for the business and my staff and I are working to once again convert our auction building into useful retail space.
