The Staff Executive for George S. May International Company develops and implements solutions for problems found during the Preliminary Survey. Working under the supervision of a Project Director, the Staff Executive with the George S. May International Company uses experience, technical know-how, and administrative skills to teach and train the client and company employees on new procedures and policies.

You will draw upon your experience, use your imagination and your good business judgment calling on technical talents and the Consulting Staff of George S. May International Company to help you design, install and implement corrective programs. You will train the client's personnel in corrective procedures and bring about a rewarding end result for our client.

Basic requirements for the position of Staff Executive at the George S. May International Company are:

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 10 years as a professional or in a business-management position.
  • Creative, imaginative leadership.
  • Must be able to see, hear and communicate effectively in oral and written form.
  • Must be able to move safely through and adapt to varied and unpredictable business environments.
  • Must be able to do routine arithmetic calculations, and understand and prepare standard financial statements, complete fairly complex analytical comparisons, prepare and solve algebraic calculations, understand statistical reports.
  • Computer literacy preferred.
  • Mature, professional appearance.
  • Consistent weekly travel.

The successful Staff Executive is:

  • A positive, "take-charge person."
  • Able to work independently.
  • Very competent in basic business analytical and mathematics skills.
  • An effective communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • Good at understanding "how to operate a business" and skilled at handling people.
  • Receptive to consistent weekly travel. This full-time job requires being away from home all week, every week, generally home on weekends.

Compensation:

  • Your compensation is based on performance, with a base salary and an escalating commission keyed to a percentage of personal hourly billing, plus bonuses.
  • Travel and reasonable living expenses are reimbursed; Frequent Flyer miles are yours to keep. For a Staff Executive earning $65,000, for example, Company-paid benefits (as indicated below) increase the person's total compensation by approximately 30%.*
