As an Executive Analyst of George S. May International Company, you conduct Preliminary Surveys of client businesses using proprietary software. Just as medical doctor analyzes his patients, George S. May International Company Executive Analysts analyze, diagnose and recommend actions to improve the health of client businesses.
Your career in the Survey Department requires a commanding presence, capable of leadership and a grasp of fundamentals in the operation of a business. Imagination and tenacity to explore and search out ways of improving business functions are essential. It requires an understanding of the client's struggle to operate a business successfully.
You will work with top management in the client's organization analyzing the entire operation. You will examine the history of the business, the present organization, controls factors, policies, procedures volume, profit and profit trends, then discussing each problem as it is uncovered. You will then present the Survey findings together with the George S. May International Company recommendations.

Basic requirements for the position of Executive Analyst at the George S. May International Company are:
- Four years college or equivalent business experience.
- Minimum seven years of business experience.
- Leadership, persuasive, creative and imaginative personality.
- Must be able to see, hear and communicate effectively in oral and written form.
- Must be able to move safely through and adapt to varied and unpredictable business environments.
- Must be able to do routine arithmetic calculations and understand business and financial concepts.
- Mature, professional appearance.
- Consistent weekly travel.
The successful Executive Analyst is:

- Receptive to consistent weekly travel. This full-time job requires being away from home all week, every week, generally returning home each weekend.
Compensation:
Your compensation is based on performance. Per diem and reasonable travel expenses are paid when you are more than 50 miles from home. Frequent Flyer miles are yours to keep. For an Executive Analyst earning $75,000, for example, Company-paid benefits (as indicated below) increase the person's total compensation by approximately 30%.*
